Current daily production capacities are:
• Chopped meat for consumers: 5 tons
• Smoked products (sausage, bacons, hams etc.): 2 tons
• Lard: 2 tons
• Baked products (greaves, bacon, jowls etc.): 1 ton
We are proud to produce premium quality, Hungarian taste foods at the highest hygienic standards. We solely use Hungarian pork, which comes from certified suppliers only. For seasoning we use Hungarian red pepper and garlic as well as Transylvanian deep mine salts.
Traditional production technology, attention to detail and premium spices contribute to the highest quality.
We use no artificial additives, no taste enhancers, MSM, mashed skin, plant fibres, glucose, fructose or accelerator chemicals.
